Shock resistant light bulb casing, made of high density polyethylene foam. The foam is cut by laser into the two basic shapes that form the casing, which are held in place by natural pressure applied by the foam's spongy qualities.

An encased light bulb stays protected and can withstand unusually strong shocks: dropped from several meters, thrown across the room or even being kicked. Below is a short field test video.
