Uriel Winery is my father’s boutique wine label. Each year, he makes between one and two new wines with a careful mixture of selected grape types - all harvested from the Upper Galilee region of Israel which is knows for it’s great vines. The grapes are then processed, fermented, pressed, aged in wood barrels and then hand-bottled by my father and his loyal team of helpers.

The wines featured here are named Assemblage, Elixir, and Paragon. Every year new wines are created with their own unique blend and name.
